'Tudor House Day Nurseries' are a group of 10 private day nursery settings within the Lancashire area. They are currently looking for a qualified level 3 Nursery Practitioner to work at their Ofsted rated GOOD nursery in Ribbleton, Preston.

We are looking for a warm, outgoing, passionate and highly motivated Nursery Practitioners to join our staff team.

We offer a highly rewarding employee reward scheme including 50% staff childcare discount, loyalty reward and other exciting incentives on a monthly basis.

Flexible working arrangements are supported for all staff.

This will be a part time time role on a permanent contract with a view to increasing close to full time. We will also consider any applicants requesting to work a 3 or 4 day week.

The candidates MUST hold a minimum level 3 in childcare.

This is an exciting opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within childcare and be part of a fantastic team!

Requirements:

Minimum NVQ level 3 with a thorough understanding of the EYFS & OFSTED requirements.

Childcare experience of a minimum of 2 years.

Current EYFS & Safeguarding knowledge is essential

SEND experience is beneficial

Key Worker experience is required

Observation, Assessment & Planning knowledge is essential

Experience of working with children aged from 3 months to 5 years is essential.

Duties Involve:

To support the aims of the nursery and assist in the development of the nursery setting.

Working with key children and to be part of staffing ratios.

Planning and carrying out activities.

Communication with parents and working with key children.
