Grade: RCS O Shift Premium will apply

Salary: £31,573.62

Shift Pattern: Monday – Friday, rotating shifts: 6:00am – 2:00pm and 2:00pm – 10:00pm
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Location: Widnes WA8 0PG

We're now looking for a Fleet Controller to play a central role in keeping everything moving and on track, every day.

✅A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

Coordinating vehicle availability, servicing, and maintenance schedules
Managing vehicle defects, breakdowns, and repairs to minimise downtime
Maintaining accurate fleet records and ensuring audit readiness
Liaising with repairers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve vehicle issues
Monitoring fleet compliance, costs, and performance across the operation

✅THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

Previous experience working in a transport or fleet office environment.
Knowledge of fleet compliance, vehicle maintenance scheduling, or transport administration would be advantageous.
Strong administrative and organisational skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
