Full job description

Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ossett

Reports to: Commercial Director

Key Purpose of Post:

To oversee all aspects of the management, development and delivery of the customer’s communications - from customer relationship development and strategic development, through to briefing and execution of every project on currently the largest client within the business.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the delivery of designated projects, on time, to specification and to budget.

· To ensure that budget is managed effectively, maximising opportunities to maintain / improve margin.

· To ensure clear communication throughout, on all levels, both internally and externally.

· To be able to effectively interpret a brief from the client via email, phone or face to face.

· To agree critical paths, ensure all milestones are met, and that customer expectation is exceeded.

· To attend meetings and briefings with the client as requested (UK & Europe). To take all relevant dimensions and photographs, agree programme of works and key dates with the client.

· Upon visual pack approval by the client, to oversee the job sheet process to ensure all specification detail is correct and that all departments are briefed and clear on expectations.

· To ensure all extra costs are captured and communicated to the client.

· To compile and distribute regular status reports to the senior team.

· To perform and oversee administrative tasks in support of the Company Directors e.g. report preparation.

· To support production when needed, including manufacturing, collation & packing

· To liaise with suppliers, carriers, couriers and any other associated 3rd parties as required.

· To ensure that you understand and comply with all company policies and procedures in relation to health and safety at work.

· To conduct yourself in such a way that demonstrates the desired behaviours of the Company’s core values.

· To establish and develop collaborative relationships within and across the company.

· To establish and develop collaborative partnerships outside the company that supports Bspoqe Displays and its related brands, image and values.

PERSON SPECIFICATION: PROJECT MANAGER

Qualifications

Good general level of secondary education including GCSE Maths grade C or equivalent

Experience

Solid project management experience

Customer focused role, liaising with people of all levels both face to face, via email and phone

Relevant experience gained within display & signage

Relevant experience gained within or manufacturing / production

Experience gained within a print production environment

Special skills /

Knowledge

Excellent project management ability

Solid Estimating experience

Good understanding of materials used within the display & signage industry

Effective communication skills on all channels

Good interpersonal skills

Effective negotiation skills

Good IT skills: Microsoft Office

Numerate

Commercially adept

General awareness of health and safety legislation and good H&S practices

Able to multi-task effectively

Personal

Attributes

Confident travelling alone across the UK & in Europe

Confident communicator

Current driving license
