Full job description

This is a full time permanent job.

LBP act as an importer and distributor of high quality artisan breads, cakes and other baked goods, selecting only the finest of products and delivering them through our fleet of refrigerated vans to our valued clients throughout London, the South East and the East Midlands.

We take great pride in the excellent customer service we provide, making sure the right products are with our clients at the right time every day, ready for them to sell on to their customers.

We’re keen to take on enthusiastic employees to join our well established and growing business, which offers an up-beat and friendly working environment. You’ll receive all the training and equipment you require and have the opportunity to develop with our business as it continues to grow.

LBP is looking to extend its team recruiting a FLT driver / Picker/ Loader.

37.5 hours a week
Any 5 days from 7. Weekend working is on a rota basis, normally 1 weekend in 2.
Working hours are normally 11am to 7pm with occasional 8am to 4pm
All specialist clothing will be provided

As a Warehouse Freezer Operative your duties will also include:

Pick slot replenishment
Order picking
Loading vans
Off Loading and loading lorries using a forklift
Additional warehouse duties

An ideal Warehouse Operative will hold the following skills and experience:

Previous warehouse experience a similar environment is desirable
Forklift Training/License is a must
Good level of spoken English
