Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sewing Machinist to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating sewing machines to produce high-quality textile products. Your expertise will ensure that each piece meets our quality standards while adhering to production schedules. Duties

Operate various sewing machines to assemble, repair, and finish textile products with precision and consistency
Follow detailed work instructions and patterns to ensure accurate stitching and product specifications
Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and durability, making adjustments as needed
Maintain sewing equipment by performing routine cleaning, troubleshooting, and minor repairs
Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of quality
Ensure a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency during operations
Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and notifying supervisors of material needs

Requirements

Proven experience operating sewing machines in a manufacturing or textile environment
Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce consistent, high-quality work
Basic knowledge of textile materials and sewing techniques
Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory handling and logistics processes
Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently
Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to evolving production needs
