Full job description

The Role...
Whatever your role in and around the store, everything you do will be focused on the customer experience. Parking will be a breeze, trolleys in easy reach, help always at hand, stock in the right place, deliveries out on time and payment met with a smile. Of course, while you’re creating a helpful and friendly customer experience, we’ll be thinking of new ways to reward, develop and invest in you. You’ll receive all the training, support and opportunities you need. Think of it as a down-to-earth place to work, where you get to go up in the world.

We currently have two part-time opportunities available, and we're looking for motivated, customer-focused individuals who enjoy working as part of a team.

12-Hour Contract

The successful candidate will be required to work the following shifts:

Wednesday: 9:00am – 1:15pm (with some flexibility available)
Friday: 9:00am – 1:15pm (with some flexibility available)
Saturday: 3:30pm – 7:30pm

15-Hour Contract

The successful candidate will be required to work the following shifts:

Monday: 9:00am – 2:00pm
Friday: 3:30pm – 8:30pm
Sunday: 10:00am – 4:00pm

Please ensure you are able to commit to the shift pattern for the role you are applying for.

As part of the team, you'll play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store remains welcoming, well-stocked and ready to serve our customers every day.

About you...

Every day you’ll be dealing with and assisting customers, so it’s important that you offer every person that walks through our doors a high level of customer service. We look for someone who ideally has experience working in a similar role.

If you are 21 yrs and over £12.71 phr, 18 yrs - 20 yrs £12.00 phr and under 18 yrs £8.82 phr.
