Full job description

Part-Time Sales & Office Administrator

Job Overview:

We are an adventure Tour Operator seeking a Part-time Sales and Office Administrator to join our small team.

It is a varied and interesting role where you will work in different areas of the business in helping to deliver our tours in Morocco and school tours worldwide.

We are looking for someone that can take ownership of the role and develop it further.

Hours:

This is a part-time position for 16-20 hours per week, 4 hours per day with the possibility of increasing hours. Initially, at the training stage, the job would take place in our office with the aim to move to hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

Some of the duties & responsibilities involved, but not limited to are:

· Data entry of clients and new hotels

· Managing and responding to enquiries via email or telephone

· Following up leads

· Tour date entry

· Manage tour availability

· Ad-hoc Sales Reports

· Check Operator websites/proofreading

· Social Media posts once per week

· General Office Admin/Support

· Learn feedback process to cover staff

Essential Skills/Requirements:

· Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

· Strong administrative and excellent organisational skills

· Good communications skills

· Friendly and professional manner

· Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks

· Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively

· Background in travel or sales advantageous

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00 per hour
