Job Summary

Join our team as a Kitchen Assistant, where your enthusiasm and dedication will help create a vibrant, efficient, and welcoming kitchen environment. In this role, you will support the team by assisting with meal preparation, food safety, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Your energy and attention to detail will contribute to delivering high-quality food service experiences for our guests. Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and meal assembly following established recipes and standards
Support the kitchen team in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations and storage areas
Ensure food safety protocols are followed at all times, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation procedures
Help with serving food to guests or customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Support inventory management by restocking supplies and ingredients as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
Follow all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment

Skills

Previous experience in catering, cooking, or restaurant environments is preferred but not required
Strong understanding of food preparation and meal assembly techniques
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in kitchen hygiene
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards customer service
Basic culinary skills with a willingness to learn and grow in the role
Familiarity with serving procedures and supporting meal delivery processes
