Job Overview

FusionnFoods Ltd is a dynamic and growing food company passionate about delivering exceptional flavours and quality products to our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and organised Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative assistance across our operations. This role involves supporting our busy day-to-day office and production-facing functions, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, solid computer literacy, and excellent communication abilities to help drive the efficiency and growth of our team.

Duties

Manage and maintain accurate data entry across various platforms including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, supporting stock records, supplier information, and order processing relevant to food operations.
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing customer, supplier, and trade enquiries appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including sales summaries and product documentation.
Organise meetings, schedule appointments, and coordinate calendars for management and team members across departments.
Maintain filing systems both digitally and physically, ensuring accurate and accessible records relating to suppliers, certifications, compliance documents, and customer accounts.
Perform general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and distributing mail, including processing of delivery notes and food safety documentation.
Support other departments, including production, logistics, and sales, with clerical duties as required to ensure smooth operational efficiency across FusionnFoods Ltd.

Requirements

Proven office or administrative experience, ideally within a food, hospitality, or retail with a solid understanding of general administrative procedures.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and basic data entry skills.
Strong typing skills with high accuracy and keen attention to detail, especially when handling product, pricing, or compliance records.
Good communication skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to liaise confidently with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organised under the demands of a growing food business.
