Overview
We are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients via outbound calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales process to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop sales experience within a supportive team environment.

Duties

Make outbound calls to prospective clients using telemarketing techniques to generate interest in our products or services
Utilise CRM software to log calls, update client information, and track appointment schedules
Qualify leads by understanding client needs and determining their suitability for our offerings
Schedule appointments for the sales team with potential clients, ensuring all relevant information is accurately recorded
Follow up with leads as necessary to confirm appointments and nurture ongoing relationships
Maintain organised records of all communications and scheduled meetings within CRM systems
Collaborate with the sales team to optimise outreach strategies and improve appointment setting processes.

Experience

Previous experience in B2B sales is essential. Construction sector preferable.
Familiarity with CRM software such as go High level or similar platforms is advantageous
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent verbal communication skills, confident in engaging with clients over the phone
Fluency in English is required;
