Job Title: B2B Sales Representative / High-Ticket Closer (Contract - Remote)

Job Types: Contract, Commission

Salary: £3,000.00 - £8,000.00 per month (Target Earnings based on performance)

Vanguard Media Group is a premier, hyper-specialized digital acquisition firm focused entirely on scaling commercial and residential roofing contractors across the UK. We connect heavy-duty contractors with high-value reroofing and commercial projects.

We are expanding our remote outreach team and looking for a relentless, independent B2B Sales Representative to hunt, pitch, and close high-ticket service retainers.

Compensation Structure (Uncapped Commission)

This is a self-employed contract position with an aggressive pay structure designed for high-performing sales professionals:

* Upfront Commission: £900 per client that successfully signs our service agreement and clears their initial invoice. Paid within 24 hours of invoice clearing.

* Recurring Commission: £300 monthly recurring bonus for every active client you maintain on our roster.

* Realistic Target: Closing just 3 roofing accounts a month yields £2,700 upfront cash + an extra £900/month in compounding recurring income.

Key Responsibilities:

* Outbound Prospecting: Run high-volume outbound dialling (50+ touches/day) utilizing our deeply researched, pre-scraped lists of UK roofing directors.

* Pipeline Management: Track your pipeline, follow-ups, and daily call metrics directly within our centralized team workspace.

* Closing: Take roofing business owners from an initial cold touch straight to signing a digital service agreement and processing their upfront invoice.

What We Provide:

* Data & Leads: We hand you a fresh, clean list of 1,000 verified UK roofing owners with direct mobile numbers and business emails. No cold guessing.

* Elite Fulfillment: Our operations team is comprised of world-class media buyers. The clients you close get phenomenal results, protecting your monthly recurring commissions.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in high-volume outbound phone sales (e.g., recruitment, cold calling, brokers, real estate, telesales).

* Resilient mindset: Ability to confidently pitch through objections from busy construction business owners.

* Flawless English and professional phone presence.

* Must be self-motivated to work completely remotely and manage your own pipeline.
