The company

A rapidly growing international supplements company based in the UK and with distribution across Europe, selling through multiple channels including Amazon, its own website and well-known retail partners.

About the Role

Experience in e-commerce online customer support for B2C brand/s required.

We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our remote team to provide support to customers via a range of platforms such as live chat, email, social media and marketplace channels, ensuring a positive and professional experience at every interaction.

You will be handling a range of queries, taking full ownership from first contact through to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via email and live chat in a timely, friendly, and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, orders, deliveries, and returns
Resolve customer issues efficiently, finding smart and practical solutions to any customer queries
Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
Manage workload independently while meeting response time targets
Becoming an expert on our customers and our products, and sharing this knowledge with the rest of the business

Skills & Experience

Proven customer service experience
Excellent written English, with strong attention to detail
Confident and professional written communication skills
Well organised, reliable, and able to manage your own time effectively
Comfortable working remotely and independently
Good computer literacy and confidence using online systems and tools

Desirable (but not essential)

Experience with one or all of the following platforms: Shopify, eBay, Amazon Seller Central
An interest in health, wellness, supplements, or nutrition
