Executive Assistant & Operations Administrator (Remote)
Remote role | Midlands preferred | Approx. 30 hours per week | Salary - £30,000 - £35,000 pro rata
If organisation is your superpower, this is the kind of role where it genuinely matters every single day. You will be helping keep everything moving smoothly behind the scenes so a growing nursery group can do what it does best.
Our nurseries operate across England and Scotland, and while each setting is unique, they all rely on strong organisation, clear communication, and reliable support to keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.
We’re looking for a proactive, organised, people-focused Executive Assistant & Operations Administrator to work closely with our CEO and Senior Leadership Team while supporting the day-to-day operations across our nursery settings. This is the kind of role where no two days are the same, perfect for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys bringing structure to busy environments, and quietly takes pride in making everything run properly.
From managing diaries and keeping priorities on track, to coordinating contractors, organising maintenance works, and supporting our nursery teams across multiple locations, this role offers real variety, autonomy, and the chance to become a key part of a supportive and growing organisation. Although this role is remote there will be occasional travel to support the settings and overnight stays will be necessary to attend meetings.
