Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Property Manager Assistant to support our property management team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining excellent tenant relations, and assisting with administrative tasks. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to develop their career within the property management sector, providing valuable experience in a professional environment.

Duties

Assist with property inspections and maintenance scheduling to ensure properties are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
Manage data entry tasks related to tenant information, rent payments, and maintenance requests using property management software such as Yardi.
Respond promptly and professionally to tenant enquiries via phone and email, maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
Support the preparation of lease agreements, renewal notices, and other documentation.
Assist with organising property viewings and open days for prospective tenants.
Upsell additional services or amenities to tenants where appropriate, enhancing tenant satisfaction and revenue opportunities.
Maintain organised records of all correspondence, financial transactions, and property documentation.
Collaborate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to coordinate repairs and other property-related activities.

Qualifications

Previous office experience or administrative background is highly desirable.
Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with property management software such as Yardi is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, demonstrating professional phone etiquette.
Experience in upselling or customer service roles is advantageous.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: £24,420.00-£45,585.90 per year
