Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Advertising Manager to lead our advertising initiatives and drive brand growth. In this role, you will develop innovative marketing campaigns, oversee project execution, and analyze market trends to optimize advertising effectiveness. Your leadership will inspire teams, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences. Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive advertising strategies aligned with company goals and target markets
Manage multiple advertising projects from conception through execution, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence
Lead creative teams and collaborate with external agencies to produce compelling marketing content
Analyze market data and campaign performance metrics using analysis skills and Microsoft Excel to inform future strategies
Oversee the creation of presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint for internal stakeholders and clients
Coordinate with sales, IT, and other departments to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
Monitor industry trends, B2B marketing practices, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

Requirements

Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or project management roles with a focus on B2B marketing strategies
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration and presentation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting
Solid understanding of IT systems relevant to digital advertising platforms and campaign management tools
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and time management abilities
Analysis skills to interpret campaign data, market research, and customer insights effectively
