Your Role:

As a Project Support Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative support across the business, working closely with our Operations, Estimating, Sales and Engineering teams. Responsibilities will include:

Answering phones, directing queries appropriately and handling enquiries in a timely and professional manner
Supporting the Estimating team with preparation and revision of quotations
Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes and costs
Prepare and issue work instructions to field-based operations team
Prepare completion reports and raise invoices
Maintain accurate and clear records
Supporting day-to-day personnel administration and ad hoc tasks as required

Key Skills and Attributes:

Strong customer service skills
Exceptional telephone manner and email etiquette
Experience of working to deadlines and effective time management
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word & Excel
Effective organisational skills
Experience in an administrative, coordination or support role with exposure to quotations, invoicing or customer service environments
Experience working with a field-based operations team or within the water hygiene industry would be a distinct advantage

Package:

Salary £28,989 per year based on experience
Bonus scheme on top of salary
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Working hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday plus optional overtime.
