Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and energetic Preschool Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners during their foundational years. Responsibilities

Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate curiosity and support developmental milestones for preschool children
Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages social interaction, cooperation, and emotional growth
Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting activities and providing tailored assistance in collaboration with specialists when necessary
Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about each child's progress, challenges, and achievements
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that adheres to health and safety standards
Conduct regular assessments of children's development through observations and documentation to inform teaching strategies
Engage in ongoing professional development related to early childhood education, special education, and toddler care

Experience

Prior experience working with children in a preschool or early childhood education setting is highly preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of special education practices and experience working with individuals with disabilities is a strong asset
Proven ability to develop engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning needs
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with children, parents, colleagues, and specialists
Experience in tutoring or providing individualized support to young learners is beneficial
Familiarity with toddler care routines and strategies for nurturing early developmental skills
