Sales Manager – Residential Sales

About Brookings

Brookings is a forward-thinking, independent estate agency based in Romford, providing residential sales, lettings and property management across Havering and neighbouring boroughs. Brookings has set out a clear growth plan over the next 3 and 10 years, which involves further acquisitions and the opening of multiple offices in Essex.

We are a business with a strong focus on culture, consistency, and working as a team to develop and grow the business. We’ve invested in market leading systems and are now looking for the right person who is excited to join us on our journey and take ownership of our residential sales department.

The Role

We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead our residential sales department, currently consisting of two property consultants, an administrator and sales progressor.

Ideal for someone who is clear on what a good agency process looks like and enjoys developing and growing a team to support the ambitions of the business.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive instructions, sales agreed, and completions

· Maintain a strong pipeline and improve conversion rates

· Manage, support, and develop the sales team

· Implement and maintain clear sales processes and CRM discipline

· Ensure high standards of client service and communication

· Contribute to the growth and development of the department

Ideal Candidate

· Experience in residential estate agency (senior or management level)

· Strong communication and leadership skills

· Organised, process-driven, and consistent

· Positive, growth mindset

· Team player who leads by example

Package

Basic Salary of £28,000 - £35,000 depending on experience. A commission structure aligned to both personal and team performance. OTE £68,000 – £75,000+
