Full job description

30 to 37.5 hrs per week.

Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented General Administrator to join our busy Operations team.

This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work alone and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

Providing Administrative Support throughout the business.
Working the switchboard and ensuring calls get to the right place or taking detailed messages.
Completing Reports including for Service Calls.
Providing cover to all departments during time of leave.
Digital and manual document filing and control.
General office duties.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and wider MS Office.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
