Full-Time Treatment Coordinator (TCO) – Chancery Dental, Corby

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and helping patients achieve confidence in their smile?

We are looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator (TCO) to join our friendly, ambitious, and forward-thinking team at Chancery Dental in Corby.

This is an exciting opportunity to become a key part of our patient journey, working closely with patients and clinicians to deliver an outstanding experience from consultation through to treatment completion.

What You'll Do

Deliver an exceptional first impression to new patients through complimentary consultations.
Guide patients through their treatment journey, building trust, rapport, and confidence.
Present treatment options using visual aids, before-and-after photographs, and patient success stories.
Support clinicians by coordinating treatment plans, discussing fees and finance options, and managing consent processes.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely follow-up communication.
Help patients overcome concerns and make informed decisions about their dental care.
Manage your diary effectively and ensure appointments run smoothly and on time.
Celebrate patient milestones and encourage testimonials and reviews.
Support practice marketing initiatives and performance tracking.
Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.

What We're Looking For

An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills and empathy.
Someone who is confident building relationships and putting patients at ease.
GDC registration or previous experience working within a dental practice is essential.
Previous Treatment Coordinator experience is desirable but not essential.
A proactive, organised individual who thrives in a team environment.
A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and patient care.
