Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Window Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and clarity of windows across various commercial and residential properties. This role requires attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional attitude to ensure customer satisfaction. The position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on safety and quality service.

Duties

Clean windows on both commercial and residential buildings, including high-rise structures using appropriate safety equipment.
Use specialised cleaning tools and solutions to achieve streak-free results.
Ensure all work areas are kept safe and organised during and after cleaning tasks.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand specific requirements and provide excellent customer service.
Maintain equipment and supplies, reporting any issues or need for replenishment promptly.
Follow health and safety protocols at all times, including the use of harnesses or scaffolding when necessary.
Assist with additional cleaning tasks as required by supervisors or clients.

Experience

Previous experience in window cleaning or a similar role is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Valid driving licence is advantageous for travelling between sites efficiently.
Good command of English, both spoken and written, to facilitate clear communication with clients and team members.
Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients.
Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors. This role is suitable for motivated individuals who take pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness and customer satisfaction. All positions are paid, reflecting the importance of each team member’s contribution to our success.

Pay: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
