Overview:

Head Office Administrator-Immediate Start
Location: Runcorn, Liverpool, Head Office (Office Based)
Hours: 4 hours per day, 5 days per week.

Pay: £12.91 per hour

Interviews: Taking place next week

Duration: Temporary position 2 months, with the possibility this may be extended but not guaranteed.

Are you a dynamic and organised individual ready to step into the heart of a busy head office? We’re looking for a Head Office Administrator to join our team immediately and become the go-to person in our fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Maintain the general upkeep of the office and its equipment
Support proactive management of health and safety concerns
Liaise effectively with internal staff, customers, suppliers, and external professionals
Organise meeting rooms and refreshments as required
Deliver efficient clerical assistance and identify process improvements
Use SharePoint and other systems for managing emails, documents, data, and records
Handle stationery and equipment orders, including proof of delivery tracking
Respond promptly and professionally to customer and general enquiries.
Carry out other tasks as assigned to support the smooth running of the office.
Manage all aspects of outgoing/incoming mail, including franking, packaging, and timely dispatch to ensure efficient postal operations.

Qualifications:

2–3 years in Office Management and/or Executive Assistant roles, including line management
Strong organisational, administrative, and secretarial capabilities
Professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Ability to build strong relationships across a diverse network of stakeholders
