Property Manager (Hybrid Home & Office Role)

Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Location: Hybrid – Home, Office & Site Visits
Full-time

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Property Manager to join our growing team. This is an exciting hybrid role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high property and tenant management standards.

The successful candidate will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day property operations, ensuring properties are inspection-ready, supporting tenant relations, and managing key operational responsibilities across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Manage property keys and access arrangements efficiently
Conduct tenancy inspections, property visits, and portfolio checks
Handle tenant check-ins and check-outs
Carry out urgent site visits when required
Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard and viewing-ready
Support tenant communication and resolve property-related concerns professionally
Coordinate with contractors, staff, and external agents when necessary
Maintain accurate records and operational organisation across the portfolio

About You

Extremely organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Confident communicator with a professional and approachable manner
Able to take initiative and work on the front foot
Previous property management or lettings experience preferred
Comfortable working in a hybrid home-office environment with regular site visits
Must know how to drive and hold a valid UK driving licence
