Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as an Air Conditioning Installer and become a vital part of creating comfortable, efficient indoor environments! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems across various construction sites, commercial and Residential projects. Your mechanical expertise and leadership skills will ensure each installation meets safety standards and client expectations. Duties

Install new air conditioning units according to schematics, technical drawings, and project specifications
Conduct system inspections to ensure proper operation and adherence to safety protocols
Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues, including replacing faulty components or systems
Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to guide installations and repairs
Lead small teams during installation projects, providing guidance and ensuring quality workmanship
Perform routine maintenance on existing HVAC systems to optimize performance and longevity
Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate installation schedules and site safety procedures

Experience

Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in HVAC system installation or maintenance
FGAS certified, CSCS Card,
Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams related to air conditioning systems
Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising or guiding team members during projects
Experience with equipment repair, troubleshooting electrical or mechanical faults effectively
Construction experience is highly desirable for understanding site safety and building protocols
Knowledge of maintenance procedures for HVAC units to ensure optimal functioning over time
