Full job description

Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and personable over 18 year old Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a lively hospitality environment, providing excellent service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, good organisational skills, and a friendly demeanour. Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. All roles are paid positions, ensuring fair compensation for your efforts.

Duties

Serve drinks and refreshments to customers in a courteous and efficient manner
Take orders accurately and handle cash or card payments using the POS system
Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Monitor customer behaviour to promote responsible drinking and safety
Collaborate with team members to deliver a seamless customer experience
Manage time effectively during busy periods to minimise wait times

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or restaurant environments is advantageous
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
Strong serving skills with a friendly and professional attitude
Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently
Ability to work well under pressure during busy service hours
Personable nature with strong communication skills

This position provides an engaging work environment where you can develop your hospitality skills while delivering memorable experiences for our guests. Full training will be given. We value professionalism, teamwork, and a positive attitude in all our staff members.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
