Full job description

We are looking to recruit an experienced Parts Advisor with experience in E-commerce sales to join our friendly team at our Peterborough site on Bretton Way. Our parts departments are busy, fast-paced environments that offer both retail and trade services and handle high volumes of incoming calls.

Key Duties

Provide a profitable and efficient supply of parts and accessories to both internal and external customers
Promote and maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention using sound selling techniques
Ensure all enquiries (including digital enquiries) are dealt with in a prompt, courteous, helpful and professional manner
Locate and issue parts to technicians, including using our EVHC system
Qualify customers and accurately identify their requirements
Locate and document the sale of parts, accounting for any money received
Record accurate information using the dealership’s computer systems
Help to run the eBay shop alongside the Parts Manager
Pricing up EVHC's
Dispatching parts parcels
Answering trade calls.

Salary, Benefits, and Working Hours

The salary for this role is up to £35,000 OTE. Standard working hours are Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 (30-minute lunch). We are also happy to discuss flexible working arrangements that work for both you and us.

In addition to your salary, you will also benefit from:

The successful candidate will:

Have a minimum of one year’s experience in a similar role
Have excellent communication skills
Be confident using a computer
Have a strong belief in providing excellent customer service
Be flexible in their approach to work
Have a smart and well-presented appearance.
