Join Us for an Exciting New Chapter at Gripps Farm

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Farm Shop Assistants to join our team and help create a welcoming shopping experience for every visitor.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with high-quality local produce, artisan products, and seasonal goods while being part of an exciting new venture from day one.

Key Responsibilities

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Assist customers with purchases, product information, and recommendations.
Operate tills and process transactions accurately.
Replenish stock and maintain attractive product displays throughout the shop.
Help receive deliveries and ensure products are correctly stored and rotated.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organisation.
Support the deli counter and wider farm shop team during busy periods when required.
Promote local products and help showcase the best of what the region has to offer.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

Enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service.
Has an interest in food, farming, and local produce.
Has previous retail, hospitality, or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential).
Is friendly, approachable, and reliable.
Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
Takes pride in maintaining high standards and attention to detail.
Is flexible and willing to work weekends, holidays, and busy seasonal periods.
