Full job description

HiiCLUB Newcastle is a vibrant, fast-paced environment where great energy, genuine connections, and exceptional service create memorable experiences for our members. We’re looking for a confident, customer-focused Front of House Supervisor to join our team and help grow our community.

The Role

As a supervisor you will be responsible for the daily running of the facility. Your role is a blend of sales, customer service, and smooth day-to-day gym operations. You’ll play a key part in driving memberships, promoting services, and ensuring every visitor has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and members with a warm, friendly attitude
Drive sales by engaging confidently with customers and promoting memberships, services, and packages
Handle incoming enquiries via whatsapp, phone, email, and in person
Process payments and manage bookings accurately
Maintain a clean, organised, and professional Front of House area including organising restocks of products and ensuring facilities maintain their standars
Support the wider team with daily tasks and smooth running of operations
Build genuine relationships to encourage repeat visits and customer loyalty

What We’re Looking For

Previous sales experience is essential (retail, hospitality, leisure, or similar)
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile
Confident working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
Reliable, professional, and able to work independently or as part of a team
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
