Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, organised, and personable Patient Coordinator to join our busy clinic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring patients receive exceptional care and support throughout their journey with us. This is a front-facing role requiring excellent communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will be confident managing front-of-house responsibilities, handling patient enquiries, and supporting clinicians where required.

Key Responsibilities
- Liaising directly with patients both in person and over the phone
- Managing front-of-house reception duties and maintaining a welcoming environment
- Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and patient enquiries efficiently and professionally
- Coordinating appointments, bookings, and patient communications
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic
- Using initiative to resolve issues and prioritise tasks in a busy environment
- Chaperoning during doctor consultations and treatments for both male and female patients where required
- Providing excellent customer service and always ensuring a positive patient experience
- Assisting with administrative duties and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting the wider clinical and administrative team as needed

- Monday 9.45am-6.15pm
- Tuesday 12pm-8.15pm
- Wednesday 9.45am-8.15pm
- Thursday 9.45am-6.15pm
- Friday 9.45am-4.15pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
