Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender/waiter/waitress to join our vibrant hospitality team with at least 1 year experience . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks and food efficiently, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable experience. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your hospitality skills within a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our establishment. The position is paid and suitable for individuals passionate about customer service and the food and beverage industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks and food promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar and kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible service of alcohol
Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the POS system efficiently
Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth service during busy periods
Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience
Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications

Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not essential; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service is advantageous
Strong serving skills with excellent customer service abilities
Good organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders simultaneously
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measuring ingredients accurately
Effective time management to ensure prompt service during peak hours
Friendly personality with a professional attitude and excellent communication skills
Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced environment
