Full job description

Overview
We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented self employed cleaners to join our growing team. This means you MUST have your personal insurance and pay your taxes yourself.The successful candidates will provide high-quality cleaning services across residential, commercial, and/or serviced accommodation properties while maintaining professional standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general cleaning duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitising, and polishing
Clean kitchens, bathrooms, offices, communal areas, and other assigned spaces
Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within allocated timeframes
Report maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns
Replenish cleaning supplies where required
Follow company cleaning checklists and procedures
Maintain professional conduct when dealing with clients and tenants
Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly

Requirements

Previous cleaning experience preferred
Must be self-employed/subcontractor status
Own transport preferred but not essential
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
Right to work in the UK
Basic English communication skills
