Sales Operations Assistant | Sheffield | Full-Time | Entry Level

We're looking for a motivated Sales Operations Assistant to join our growing team in Sheffield.

This is an exciting opportunity to begin your career in sales operations and business support. You'll play an important role in supporting the sales team, maintaining customer records, coordinating administrative processes, and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the sales function. If you're organised, detail-oriented, and eager to develop your commercial skills, we'd love to hear from you.

You'll receive comprehensive training, ongoing coaching, and genuine opportunities to progress into sales operations, account management, and leadership roles.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sales Operations Assistant, you'll:

Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks.
Process customer enquiries, quotations, and sales documentation accurately.
Maintain and update customer records using internal systems and CRM software.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure orders and customer requests are completed efficiently.
Prepare reports, sales data, and business documentation.
Assist with scheduling meetings, customer communications, and sales activities.
Monitor sales processes to help improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with company procedures.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development programmes.

Previous experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality, sales support, office administration, or other customer-facing roles is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
