We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited by the evolving role of technology and AI within modern marketing.

The Role

As Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of Redbrik’s marketing across our branches. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that combines creativity with operational delivery, ensuring our brand, property marketing and campaigns are executed to an exceptional standard. You will be based in the Sheffield office but will work collaboratively with colleagues across all branches. Due to the nature of the role, occasional local travel will be required to support filming, content creation and marketing activity across locations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Social Media and Content

Creating and scheduling engaging written and visual content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
Supporting the filming and editing of short-form video content where required as part of wider marketing activity.
Keeping up to date with social media trends, platform developments and marketing best practice.

Property Marketing and Listings

Ensuring that property listings are presented to the highest possible standard across portals and marketing channels.
Supporting colleagues to maintain consistency, quality and strong visual presentation across all property marketing materials.

Design and Creative Delivery

Producing marketing assets using Canva and similar tools, ensuring all materials align with Redbrik’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
Supporting campaigns with strong creative thinking and attention to detail.

Copywriting, SEO and Digital Content

Writing engaging and optimised content for social media, website pages, blogs, Google Business and marketing campaigns.
Supporting SEO-focused activity to enhance Redbrik’s online presence and search visibility.

Email Marketing and Campaign Support

Supporting the creation and delivery of email marketing campaigns through our CRM platform.
Assisting with direct marketing, prospecting campaigns and wider marketing initiatives.

AI and Technology Integration

Embracing AI tools to assist with marketing tasks, improve productivity and support creative output.
Working across a varied technology stack, including CRM platforms, content management systems and collaboration tools.

Collaboration and Operational Support

Working within our dedicated and growing in-house marketing team, alongside collaboration with our sister PR & Marketing Agency - Chapter II.
Working closely with branch teams to support marketing activity and ensure a consistent brand experience.
Contributing ideas, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping to solve marketing challenges across the business.

About You

We are looking for someone who is creative, organised and commercially aware, with a genuine interest in property marketing.

You will:

Be confident using Canva, with a strong eye for layout, branding and visual consistency.
Be a capable copywriter who can adapt tone across social media, blogs and marketing communications.
Have experience filming and editing short-form video content.
Have some understanding of SEO principles and digital content optimisation.
Be open to using AI tools to support efficiency, creativity and campaign delivery.
Be tech-savvy and comfortable working across multiple platforms and systems.
Demonstrate excellent communication skills and enjoy working collaboratively.
Show commercial awareness and understand how marketing supports business growth.
Have exceptional attention to detail
Be highly organised, able to prioritise a varied workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Be proactive, solutions-focused and motivated by delivering high-quality outcomes.

Experience within property or estate agency marketing would be advantageous but is not essential.

A full driving licence and access to a vehicle would be beneficial, as the role may involve travelling between branches and local filming locations.

Desired Qualifications

A degree in marketing, communications, creative media or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in a marketing role.
