Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to support our culinary team in delivering high-quality meals and maintaining a clean, organised kitchen environment. The successful candidate will assist with meal preparation, food safety, and general kitchen duties, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation. This role offers valuable experience in catering, cooking, and restaurant settings, ideal for individuals passionate about culinary arts and food service.

Responsibilities

Assist with meal preparation and food assembly according to established recipes and standards
Support the cooking process by preparing ingredients and ensuring timely delivery of dishes
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including washing utensils, equipment, and work surfaces
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards at all times
Help with serving food to customers or staff as required
Restock supplies and ingredients as needed to ensure smooth kitchen operations
