We are looking to recruit 3 housekeepers to work the following hours:

1 housekeeper working 5 days out of 7 on a 37.5 hour a week contract

1 housekeeper working 5 days out of the 7 on a variety of morning and afternoon shift working 32.5 hours a week

1 housekeeper working 4 days out of the 7 working afternoon only shifts on a 20 hour a week contract

The housekeeper will enhance the patient’s experience by ensuring that the clinical environment is presented and maintained in a way which maximises the patient’s sense of comfort, safety and well-being.

The successful candidates will have the ability to work on their own initiative and as part of a team, with the ability to communicate effectively to patients, staff and visitors.

To ensure the environment is cleaned in line with national cleaning standards.

Deliver meal/beverage service

Cleaning Ward Kitchen/Meal area

Following meal ordering procedures

Report maintenance issues

The housekeeper will enhance the patient’s experience by ensuring that the clinical environment is presented and maintained in a way which maximises the patient’s sense of comfort, safety and well-being.
