Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waiters, Waitresses, and Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team. This role involves delivering exceptional service to our guests in a lively restaurant and bar environment. Candidates should possess a friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. Previous experience in a similar setting is preferred but not essential, as training will be provided. This position offers an opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic team while ensuring guests enjoy outstanding service.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and take their orders accurately
Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or dietary requirements
Ensure the cleanliness and organisation of tables, counters, and service areas
Handle cash transactions efficiently using the POS system
Maintain knowledge of current promotions, specials, and menu updates
Uphold food safety standards and adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Assist in setting up and clearing tables as required during shifts
Manage multiple tables effectively while prioritising guest satisfaction
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality or food service roles is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable
Strong serving skills with an emphasis on excellent customer service
Basic maths skills for handling bills and cash transactions
Good time management abilities to ensure efficient service during peak hours
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Friendly personality with a professional attitude towards guests and colleagues
