Full job description

Apprentice Chef required to work on a very exciting gourmet food truck. You will train under a certified Master Chef of Great Britain who has 3 Michelin star restaurant experience and has travelled the world as personal chef to the Crown Prince of the United Arab Emirates. This will be a rewarding role for the right candidate with potential to go on and have a fantastic, varied and potentially very profitable and different career as a chef.

-Chef apprentice position at YAMZA! -Food service & hospitality - Work to include weekends and evenings - We want to offer this position to the right individual who's excited by the opportunities and prospects within a small but rapidly growing business. Team YAMZA! is like a family, and whilst certain skills and experience is helpful, we place more value and interest in the qualities you'd be bringing to the table. Are you passionate, motivated and kind? Are you adaptable and willing to learn? If yes, then we'd be delighted to hear from you as soon as possible.

Hours: 40.00 per week

About the employer:
I am the chef founder of Yamza. We create unique and gourmet cuisine to sell from the Yamza food truck based on my experience as a travelling Masterchef having worked around the globe travelling and cooking for royalty.

Training Provided:
Level 2 Commis Chef qualification.

One day a week at College and work place mentor & skills officer visits.
