Full job description

Lussmanns Sustainable Restaurants in Woburn is looking for an energetic Assistant Manager to join their team. We are a popular, independent restaurant group with restaurants in St Albans, Hertford, Harpenden and Hitchin.

Managers are contracted to work 42 hours a week. These can be in the form of a combination of double and single shifts e.g 9.30am-4.30pm/4pm-close. You will have at least 2 days off a week.

Package: minimum package = £35,500 pa + £1,200 minimum bonus pa.

ALL overtime is paid.

Bonuses starting at £1200 per year are achievable and paid out each month. Tronc awards increase with sales so package reflects minimum allocations only.

- Have at least 1 year experience of working in hospitality at at least supervisor/shift leader level.
