Full-Time Property Manager – Thornbury Office

Are you a motivated, organised, and customer-focused professional looking to develop your career in property management? This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of our dynamic team based in Thornbury, where you’ll be supported by a friendly and skilled group of colleagues who are passionate about delivering exceptional service. We are seeking a Full-Time Property Manager who can manage time effectively, multi-task, and thrive in a busy, rewarding environment. If you’re well-presented, a team player, and eager to grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular property inspections and report findings to landlords.
Organise safety certificates and ensure landlords meet all legal obligations.
Manage notices, tenancy renewals, and rent reviews.
Handle rent payments, arrears, and deposit returns.
Arrange and carry out property viewings as required.
Liaise with accounts, add invoices, and manage related administration.
Provide excellent customer service and general office support.

Essential Skills:

Strong organisational and decision-making skills.
Excellent customer service and communication (written and verbal).
Confident and professional telephone manner.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Calm under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven.
Good IT skills (Excel, Word, etc.).

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of property management experience preferred but not essential (training provided for the right candidate).
Full UK driving licence and own transport required.
