Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Associate Account Manager based in the Midlands / Central England to support the sales and growth of Teleflex’s Vascular Access portfolio.

This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals looking to start or develop a career in medical sales. The successful candidate will work closely with a Senior National Sales Manager and wider team, receiving structured training, mentorship, and ongoing development.

Principal Responsibilities

Sales & Account Support

Executing regional business plans

Growing the product portfolio within hospital accounts

Customer meetings/supporting the trial of Vascular Products within the hospital

Customer Relationship Development

Build and maintain professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders

Support engagement activities across hospital networks

Identify key decision-makers within accounts

Learning & Development

Participate in structured onboarding and training programmes

Develop product knowledge across the portfolio

Receive coaching from senior team members

Engage in personal development reviews and goal setting

Team Collaboration

Work with internal teams such as Customer Service, Marketing, and Clinical Affairs

Support cross-functional initiatives

Administrative & Reporting

Maintain CRM records and complete reports on time

Events & Industry Exposure

Attend conferences, seminars, and exhibitions

Education / Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

Strong interest in sales or healthcare

Good communication and organisational skills

Microsoft Office proficiency

Full driver’s license

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements
