Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism to foster a welcoming environment.
- Manage appointment scheduling and patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle phone inquiries using excellent phone etiquette and clear communication.
- Support the administrative team with data entry and documentation tasks.
- Communicate effectively with multilingual patients, utilizing language skills as needed.
- Assist with upselling dental treatments when appropriate to enhance patient care.
- Maintain organized office operations to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate with dental professionals to support treatment coordination.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or administrative roles within healthcare or dental settings.
- Strong communication skills in English
- Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and professionally.
- Friendly demeanor with a proactive attitude.
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional correspondence.
- Experience with upselling services is advantageous.
