Location: Belgravia, London

About the Role

Cartwright Jenson Group is seeking a professional, organised, and proactive Office Administrator to support the daily operations of our Belgravia office. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced business environment, demonstrates excellent communication skills, and can confidently manage multiple administrative responsibilities with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Answer and manage incoming telephone calls with excellent phone etiquette
Maintain accurate office records, databases, filing systems, and stock logs
Prepare correspondence, reports, and administrative documentation
Manage and send documents using DocuSign
Update and maintain client records within HubSpot CRM
Monitor office inventory and maintain stock records
Liaise with suppliers and handle supplier communications
Process invoices and assist with supplier payment administration
Provide day-to-day administrative support across the business
Ensure the smooth and efficient running of office operations

Requirements

Previous experience in an office administration or administrative support role
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience using DocuSign
Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional presentation and strong interpersonal skills
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
Positive, proactive, and team-focused attitude
