About the role

Reporting to the Kiosk Manager you will be working as aTeam Member involved in all the restaurants daily operations for your restaurant. Your key duties will include the following:

What we’re looking for

A keen interest in Greek Food
Proven track record of maintaining a high level of sales.
Fluency in English
Experience working in Food Preparation
Experience with HACCP and food safety procedures
Experience using delivery platforms.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes –
Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner –
Follow proper food safety and sanitation procedures.
Greet customers and take their orders using the pos system
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations - Assist with menu planning and development –
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed –
Maintain a clean and organized work area

Experience

· Previous experience as a cook/foh in a restaurant or similar setting –
· Knowledge of culinary techniques and food preparation methods –
· Familiarity with kitchen equipment and utensils –
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment –
· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills –
· Ability to work well in a team
