Full job description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Account Manager to join our team. This role is key to building strong client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting business growth through excellent service and engagement.

Salary £30,000 - £40,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities:

Take full ownership of our Trustpilot profile, responding to both positive and negative reviews in a timely and professional manner. Proactively encourage satisfied customers to leave reviews and work to resolve and, where possible, remove negative feedback.
Visit customer sites when required to resolve more complex issues, delivering a high level of face-to-face support and strengthening client relationships.
Plan, execute, and monitor email campaigns, including tariff updates. Track performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.) and ensure all activity is accurately recorded within the CRM system.
Maintain and update the customer portal, ensuring all information relating to installations, complaints, and customer interactions is accurate and up to date.
Conduct follow-up calls after each installation to ensure customer satisfaction and offer a complimentary gift as a gesture of appreciation.
Proactively contact the existing customer base to engage, qualify, and prepare accounts before handing over to the inbound telemarketing team.
Manage and resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently, ensuring issues are handled promptly and effectively before escalating to Head of Legal, or finance companies.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
