We are a long established, family run Independent Pharmacy located in Tottenham. We are also supported by, and a member of Alphega Pharmacy.

We are proud to have provided a high standard of Pharmacy service to the people of Tottenham for nearly 50 years, and during that time have provided training for all types of Pharmacy staff including Pharmacists, Dispensers and Counter Assistants.

We have a medium sized, young and vibrant team and are looking for a qualified Medicines Counter Assistant to join us in delivering high quality Healthcare locally.

Ideally, you will have an NPA Interact (or similar) qualification or NVQ 2 or above in Pharmacy Services, and ideally a minimum of 2 years experience working in Community Pharmacy. Experience in dispensing medicines is not essential, and we are potentially prepared to offer the correct candidate training in the field later. We actively encourage and support those who seek Modern Apprenticeships in Pharmacy Services, and have links with a Central London College for this purpose.

Duties will include (but not exclusively) retail sales, replenishing shop stock & ordering goods, providing NHS services e.g. Smoking Cessation advice (training can be provided), and putting away dispensary deliveries.

Our Pharmacy is co-sited with a multi-GP practice and has close links with each of Practitioners. This should give you plenty of experience of working with other health professionals.
