Job Summary

Oversee project timelines and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
Utilize Adobe Photoshop and WordPress to create compelling visual content and maintain website updates.
Conduct data analysis using Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel to measure campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Write persuasive copy for ads, blogs, newsletters, and other digital content that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
Lead email marketing campaigns by designing templates, segmenting audiences, and tracking open/click rates for continuous optimization.
Collaborate on B2B marketing strategies to generate leads, nurture client relationships, and enhance brand positioning within the industry.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to present campaign results, insights, and strategic recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality through effective time management and organizational skills.

Qualifications

Proven experience in digital marketing or related roles with a focus on management of online campaigns.
Proficiency in SEO techniques, Google Ads platform, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), and email marketing platforms.
Strong analysis skills with the ability to interpret data insights for strategic decision-making.
Excellent copywriting abilities tailored for diverse digital channels.
Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies with a focus on lead generation and client engagement.
Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication skills in English with the ability to articulate ideas clearly across teams.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing or mentoring team members is a plus.
IT literacy with a solid understanding of organizational tools to streamline workflows effectively.
