Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Optician's Receptionist to join our team for a maternity leave cover. Based at our welcoming practice, this role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding service to our patients, aligning with our commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist patients upon arrival, creating a warm and professional first impression.
Manage appointment scheduling and patient records efficiently.
Handle phone inquiries and provide accurate information about services.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and billing.
Coordinate with opticians and staff to ensure seamless clinic operations.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk environment.
Assist with stock management of patient forms and promotional materials
