We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the delivery of digital marketing activity across Hendra Holiday Park, Oasis Fun Pools, NQY Rocks, and associated brands.
Hendra Holiday Park is a 5* multi-award winning Cornish family holiday park located in Newquay providing holidays for families and couples for over 50 years. Our on-site facilities include one of the biggest fun pools in the Southwest, soft play centre, activities, play areas, an entertainment venue and three eateries and brand new family activity centre Newquay Rocks.

The successful candidate will take ownership of social media management, paid digital advertising, SEO initiatives, and digital campaign delivery, helping to increase brand awareness, drive bookings, generate leads, and improve online engagement. They will also play a key role in leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to improve marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
- Manage and grow social media channels across multiple brands.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Monitor and respond to social media enquiries, comments, and messages.
- Track performance and provide recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
- Capture and coordinate photography and video content where required.
Advertising
- Plan, create, manage, and optimise digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage paid social advertising across Meta platforms.
- Coordinate display advertising campaigns through relevant advertising partners.
- Design and create adverts for both digital and print media.
Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)
- Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies.
- Optimise website content, landing pages, and blog articles for search visibility.
- Monitor search rankings and identify opportunities to improve organic performance.
- Work with the team and external partners to enhance website traffic and user experience.
Website & Content Support
- Assist with website updates across company websites.
- Upload content and ensure information remains current and accurate.
- Support blog content creation and SEO-focused content development.
- Ensure all content aligns with company brand guidelines.
Campaign Support
- Assist with the planning and delivery of new product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and achieve agreed objectives.
- Support email marketing campaigns where required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Proven experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience managing social media accounts for businesses or brands preferably within the tourism sector.
- Experience creating and managing paid advertising campaigns, particularly Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and search engine best practices.
- Excellent written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Experience using AI tools to support marketing activities.
Desirable
- Experience within the tourism, leisure, hospitality, or attractions sector.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
- Graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
- Experience managing website content through CMS platforms.
- Photography and video editing skills.
- Experience with email marketing platforms.

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
