At GXO Logistics, we're looking for a professional, safety-focused Class 1 Fuel Delivery Driver to join our dedicated fuel distribution team in Kingsbury (B78 2EF), delivering on behalf of our customer Phillips 66. This is a full-time, permanent position, working any 5 days from 7, including a rotating pattern of days, nights, and weekends.

You will be contracted to work 40 hours per week, start times are 05:00, 06:00, 17:00 and 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Flexible shift working, supporting operational requirements
Independent, hands‑on role with responsibility for your own vehicle, equipment, and load
Confident in unassisted loading and deliveries, working safely without supervision
Safety‑first approach, carrying out loading and fuel discharges in line with ACOP, UKPIA guidance, and site procedures (including multi‑hose operations)
Ongoing driver support and development, including DCPC & PDP training, driver assessments, and additional paid duties after training

What you need to succeed at GXO:

LGV C+E driver with valid ADR tanker qualifications (Class 3)
You are a confident tanker professional, with experience in the UK downstream oil sector, preferred

A valid Driver Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card
No more than 6 current penalty points or DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, LC or TT99 endorsements with a conviction date within the previous 5 years
Valid PDP, preferred
