About the Role

Are you a people person with a knack for organization and attention to detail? Do you want to work in a vibrant, customer-focused environment in the heart of the beautiful Broads National Park? If so, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re looking for a friendly and proactive individual to help customers with their holiday bookings. This varied role includes front-of-house duties, inbound sales, and administrative tasks that ensure our customers enjoy a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do

Assist customers with bookings via email, phone, and face-to-face interactions.
Handle booking-related administrative tasks with precision and efficiency.
Provide customers with information and advice to enhance their holiday experience.
Collaborate with the office team to ensure smooth operations.
Occasionally assist with tasks related to our boats and cottages, ensuring customers feel confident and well-informed.

About You

We’re looking for someone who:

Has a warm and engaging personality, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Possesses strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
Is confident using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); experience with Sage is a bonus.
Enjoys variety in their work and thrives in a busy environment where no two days are the same.
Has an interest in the Broads National Park; boating knowledge is a bonus but not essential (we can teach you!).

Working Hours:

Full-time, 42.5 hours per week (5 days, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., including Saturdays).
